Frequent Player Points can be earned for playing our games. After each game you play in one tournament Frequent Play Points are gained. The amount of these points depends on how well you are performing during your game.

How can I win?
There are several ways to win these awesome prizes:
 
High Score tournament
In a High Score Tournament, the prizes are awarded to the player(s) with the highest score when the tournament ends. Play the game as many times as you can to improve your high score; it’s that easy!
 
Head-to-Head tournament
In a Head To Head Tournament, you are matched up to compete against another player, and prizes are awarded to the player(s) with the best win/loss record at the end of the tournament, calculated as wins - (5 * losses). Tiebreakers are determined by the greatest number of games played, followed by the least number of forfeits, and finally by the highest average game score. You must play a minimum number of matches (as indicated in the applicable game rules) to qualify to win a head to head tournament. Forfeited games (both accidental and intentional) are counted as losses.
 
Mega Raffle
In addition to the tournaments, we offer the monthly Mega Raffle, in which a fabulous prize will be awarded to a randomly drawn winner every month. To enter the Mega Raffle, you can log in to your account on this website and use your Frequent Player Points to obtain Raffle Tickets.
 
How do I start?
First download your favourite game(s). If you want to start a “Play For Prizes!” tournament for the first time you just have to choose a user name, decide if you want to receive win notifications via SMS and then the fun begins!

How do I know if I have won?
If you wish, you may opt to be informed of any prize winnings via SMS message. When you first access any “Play For Prizes!” game tournament, you will be asked if you’d like to receive a text message if you win a prize. If you choose to YES to this option, and if you win a prize, you will be sent a text message containing a unique “Prize PIN” code. The Prize PIN is used to redeem your prize. Otherwise, this same Prize PIN can also be viewed at any time within the Welcome screen that appears after selecting a tournament game mode to play; the Prize PIN will be located underneath your username.
 
How do I claim my prize?
Once you have received and noted your unique Prize PIN, browse to this website (www.play-for-prizes.com) from your PC, and click on “Claim Your Prize”. You will be asked to input or confirm your account information. After doing so, once you click “send me my prize”, processing will begin and you will receive your prize within 45 days, completely free! Remember, you have 30 days to claim your prize after first winning it.

I’m having trouble redeeming my prize! What should I do?
Send us an email at help@twistboxgames.com and tell us you lost your Prize PIN. After we've verified your user information, we will update you with information on your prize.
